Do not use the Heretic-side molar turn-in; it harms Deepwater Knights.
Recommended Route
Kill kobolds in The Warrens until Heretics is capped; retain their molars.
Turn molars in to Tiam Khonsir for Deepwater Knights, but supplement this by killing Paineel Heretics rather than relying on molars alone.
Finish High Council of Erudin with Palatos Kynarn's Capt. Orlin's Spiced Ale trade in East Freeport. Buy the ale from bartender Nesin Tapper beside him, then hand Palatos at least 1,000 ales.

Paineel guards are more efficient than a molar-only approach.
