Qeynos Hills is the wooded low-level region outside Qeynos and an important western Antonica crossroads. New adventurers hunt wildlife, undead and Blackburrow gnolls here, while roads lead onward toward the Karanas, Surefall Glade and the gnoll tunnels beneath the mountains.
