West Karana is the enormous westernmost plain of the Karana region, stretching from Qeynos Hills toward the northern plains. Its farms, roads and open grasslands are populated by bandits, wildlife, spiders and wandering undead, making travel distances as important a consideration as the enemies themselves. The recommended range is 5–13 for normal hunting, though named NPCs and roaming threats can be much stronger. Several bandit camps and the mid-level Ogre shaman camp are the main attractions.
